📌BOOKING FEE📌

•There is a 40% non refundable booking deposit. Your deposit is 40% of your total charge/cost for your service. This deposit will be forwarded to your total charge/cost for the booked service. Deposits are only transferable if you reschedule within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you decide to cancel and rebook on the same day of your appointment, you will be required to pay another booking deposit.

Additionally, booking deposits must be paid within 24 hours to avoid appointments being removed from the booking calendar. No appointment is guaranteed and confirmed until the required deposit is paid.

Additional Info: Due to the current pandemic, only persons getting a service can be accommodated. Unfortunately, no kids are allowed at the appointment (house calls exempted)

📌LATE POLICY 📌

•Please be ON TIME for your appointment. I do understand that circumstances may arrive that will unavoidably affect your appointment but please communicate with me and let me know prior to the appointed time.

•Being 15 mins late is the allotted grace period. Automatically, being 20 mins late or more will result in your appointment being cancelled. Deposit will be forfeited and is non refundable.

Please note: Clients are responsible for dropping off their units at least three days before the appointment date. An additional charge of $10 will be applied if the unit is not dropped off in the required timeframe. Please understand that this time is to ensure proper customization of units where necessary.
